Introduction

  • This website is owned and operated by LEZ Solutions L.L.C. (hereinafter and throughout this website referred to as “we”, “us” and “our”). Our registered office is at First Floor, 10-DD CCA, Sector DD, DHA Phase 4, Lahore, Pakistan.
  • We offer this website, including all information, tools, products and services available from this website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

At LEZ Solutions, we prioritize your privacy and can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.

Payment Terms & Process

  • Written communication is preferred for project management.
  • A project quote will be provided based on the agreed scope. Any changes in content, functionality, or layout beyond the original scope will incur charges at the agreed hourly rate.
  • Clients must provide complete project requirements before the quote is issued. After approval, an advance payment of 50%-100% will be required, depending on the scope.
  • Upon mutual agreement, we offer white-labeled services with the option to provide staging sites for client reviews.
  • We prefer to work on our internal staging server, but we can work on the client’s staging server if requested. LEZ Solutions is not responsible for issues caused by third-party interference on client-provided servers.
  • Full payment must be made within one week of project completion. If not, the case will be referred to our finance and recovery team.

Deployment on Client Servers

Deployment on client servers is free for the first hour. After that, assistance with hosting issues will be charged at an hourly rate. We are not responsible for hosting-related issues (e.g., DNS or permissions).

Working with Pre-made Themes

LEZ Solutions is not liable for issues arising from third-party themes (e.g., Themeforest). Clients are responsible for resolving performance or integration problems with the original theme developer. We can help fix theme issues for an additional charge.

Paid Plugins and Applications

Clients must purchase any paid applications or plugins required for the development process. These assets remain the client’s property.

Custom Design Cycle

  • For custom characters or illustrations, a separate quote will be provided based on the required elements.
  • Clients must provide royalty-free images for the site.
  • Design concepts and minor revisions will be provided during the design phase. Once mockups are approved, development begins. Any changes requested during development will incur additional charges.

Responsive Design

We ensure the website is responsive for tablets and mobile devices. Custom designs for these platforms require PSD files, and additional charges may apply.

Content Terms

We reserve the right to refuse services for projects involving illegal or offensive content, including drugs, pornography, or gambling. LEZ Solutions is not responsible for copyright issues related to content provided by the client.

Customer Support

  • We offer continuous support via email or Skype during and after the project.
  • Written communication through our in-house project management tools is preferred.
  • After project completion, 30 days of free technical support is provided for fixes. Beyond this, additional charges will apply.

Use of Client’s Information & Security

Client information is used to:

  • Personalize the user experience
  • Improve customer service
  • Facilitate transactions and follow-ups

    All sensitive data is encrypted using SSL, and regular malware scanning is conducted.

Cookies

Cookies are used to provide a personalized experience. Users can opt-out or receive notifications when cookies are used.

Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell or trade personally identifiable information to third parties.

Google

We use Google Analytics to track user interactions but do not use Google AdSense or display ads on our website.

Fair Information Practices

In case of a data breach, users will be notified within 7 business days. LEZ Solutions supports the Individual Redress Principle, giving users enforceable rights against data processors.

We comply with CAN-SPAM regulations, ensuring that:

Order Cancellation

  • Clients can request the cancellation of an order before the project begins.
  • Once the project has started, cancellation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any refund will depend on the amount of work already completed.
  • A cancellation fee may be applicable based on the project’s scope and the resources invested.
  • To request a cancellation, clients must contact our support team at contact@lezsolutions.com.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be offered if we fail to deliver the project as agreed.
  • The turnaround time for processing refunds is within 14 business days from the date of the refund request approval.

Customer Complaints

  • Clients can submit their complaints by contacting our support team via email at contact@lezsolutions.com. Please include details such as the nature of the issue, relevant project information, and any supporting documents.
  • Once a complaint is received, we will acknowledge it within 2 business days.
  • Our team will thoroughly investigate the complaint to understand the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
  • We aim to resolve all complaints within 7-10 business days from the date of acknowledgment. If additional time is required, we will inform the client of the updated timeline and reasons for the delay.
    After the complaint is resolved, our team will follow up with the client to ensure satisfaction with the resolution.
